March, 31, 2008 - Today, about 6:35pm, one member of a group of gang-stalkers following my vehicle in traffic had a collision with a motorcyclist at aprox. 6:35 PM in front of 2040 Cactus Rd (Cactus Place Apartments, near Cactus Rd. & 21st Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85029. The “gang-stalker” a middle-aged woman of Hispanic descent was driving a red Chevy Cavalier as seen in the photos. She drove abruptly out of the entrance of 2040 Cactus Rd. (Cactus Place Apartments) and struck a motorcyclist passing going westward on Cactus Rd. I was in the center turn lane on Cactus Road, adjacent to the car wash near the corner of 19th Ave. I had pulled into the center lane to allow other vehicles with “gang-stalkers” to pass by. They were engaged in a common practice of what I call “drive-bys.” This involves having one of their vehicles repeatedly passing mine in coordination with pedestrians on the street (they are often planted by the gang-stalkers and part of their team effort). Evidently these actions are designed to impress upon their victims how any contact with others is controlled and prevented by the gang-stalkers. Or they may simply surround my vehicle in traffic to control my speed and movement as a form of harassment. Also, they will drive with very high beam headlights (commonly called brighting) aimed at me as a form of harassment (these appear to be special bright headlamps installed just for this harassment). Typically, they are guided by an airborne team manager (usually in a helicopter). As a result, I make an effort to avoid them with maneuvers to avoid contact or avoid participating in their petty traffic games. One common tactic I employ is to pull over and allow their “caravan” to pass before preceeding as I did today.

The woman driving the vehicle was evidently “scheduled” to drive out of the driveway to coincide with two pedestrians passing my car. Evidently, she nor the persons directing their harassment did not see or time her actions with the motorcyclist correctly. I saw this as it occurred from my rear-view-mirror. I turned around and drove back. The motorcyclist look dazed but did not appear to be severely injured. I am certain that the motorcyclist was also a part of the “gang-stalking” unit who had a case of bad timing. A firetruck quickly drove up to administer aid (evidently from the fire station on Cactus Rd. less than a block away). As you can see from the photos the car driven by the gang-stalker sustained moderate front end damage from the collision. The woman driving the Chevy Cavalier was on a cellphone and shouted to me as I drove by: “Did you know you caused an accident?” Of course that is not true. I was a block away from the accident. She struck the motorcyclist as a result of her own bad timing and rushing to join the group of gang-stalkers following me.

Police and a firetruck were quickly on the scene to administer aid. A light Ford truck, Phoenix Police license #G776BW and Phoenix fire truck license #G944CB were on the scene. I have a record of other vehicles on the scene as well.

How Would You Feel?
How would you feel knowing that someone who has become your persecutor suffers calamity? Would you gloat over his misfortune? How should I feel in this instance? I know that gloating, or taking any pleasure in another’s’ suffering is wrong. Even if that person is an enemy. Do you remember the illustration of the Good Samaritan related by Jesus Christ (Luke 10:29-37)? In that parable, a Samaritan on seeing a Jewish man abandoned and helpless after being robbed and beaten on an isolated road comes to his aid, going out of his way to render assistance. What made this such a powerful example is the fact that the Jews despised Samaritans, treating them with the sort of contempt a Klu Klux Klan member would reserve for hated minorities. The Samaritan refused to gloat at the misfortune of someone who normally was his oppressor. Rather, he did what he could to render assistance. He did not adopt the hateful attitude of the misguided Jews of his day. That nobility of character is no less vital and essential in modern men.
To gloat over an enemy’s misfortune would make me no better than the gang-stalkers. My survival, indeed my daily victories over these cruel campaigns comes from refusing to mimic the pettiness, spitefulness and cruelty that drives their actions. If I was in a position to, I would have rendered aid to that fallen cyclist, regardless of what he had done to me. I cannot allow the weaknesses of my enemies to become my own! “Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men.” - Romans 12:17
