In this video
we see a CBS 60 Minutes report on the active denial system, a microwave based weapon that targets victims with an intensely painful, silent, invisible microwave beam. Interestingly, during this segment, the moderator demonstrates the microwave weapon’s beam penetrating a mattress and a sheet of plywood to reach its victim. This demonstrates the capacity to use this technology at lower power levels as a through-the-wall torture device!
Is it reasonable to conclude that if there are big ray guns that can target distant crowds there are also smaller ray guns that can target persons in the next apartment or home? What do you think?
