In tropical forests, one may find the strangler fig. Its life begins as tiny seeds dropped by birds into the crevices of other large healthy trees. The strangler fig seed begin to germinate in the crevices. It grows slowly, its roots eventually surrounding the trunk of the host tree. Its leaf canopy begins to overshadow the leaves of the host tree, depriving them of light. The strangler fig’s multiple roots eventually absorb most of the nutrients in the soil at the base of the tree. Cut off from needed nutrients and light, the host tree finally dies, decays, and leaves behind nothing more than a hollow core. In a slow but certain process, the strangler fig has sucked the life from a host that was once healthy and vibrant.

In a similar way gang-stalking and related psychological attacks are designed to surround, isolate and eventually destroy its victim. Like the strangler fig’s growth, the gang-stalker’s routines may develop slowly over a period of months or years. The gang-stalker’s intent is to completely surround the victim, cutting him off from friends, family and other support systems. Eventually, the victims 24-hour daily routine is monitored and manipulated by gang-stalkers and other covert operatives. The psychological attack eventually overwhelms the emotions of the victim. He becomes mentally unbalanced. His emotional reserves are depleted, and, he is isolated from any support systems that can bolster him. Like a tree surrounded by the strangler fig, his demise is near. He will eventually react to these relentless psychological attacks in a way that results in incarceration, homelessness, suicide, or death.

This gang-stalking methodology falls under a system of psychological operations being developed and tested on American citizens by covert quasi-military law enforcement agencies. The basic process described above has been taught by the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) since the 1950’s. “The purpose of all coercive techniques is to induce psychological regression in the subject by bringing a superior outside force to bear on his will to resist. Regression is basically . . . a reversion to an earlier behavioral level. As the subject regresses, his learned personality traits fall away in reverse chronological order. He begins to lose the capacity to carry out the highest creative activities, to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.” - CIA Human Resource Exploitation Manual

Gang stalking is part of a pattern of psychological warfare that includes torture by remote, through-the-wall, directed energy weapons. The weapons of this war are silent, attacking the mind and emotions while leaving the body unscathed. Yet, its effects are just as destructive.

Gang stalkers is a colloquial expression coined to describe the covert front-line foot soldiers in this psychological war. They are individuals and teams trained for the express purpose of harassing the target of psychological attacks. It appears that local community policing groups may be participating in this harassment. They are usually moved in as neighbors of the victim; commonly form a phalanx of cars surrounding the victim while in traffic; and may be employed in places that the victim works or frequents in his daily routine. Because they have the backing of Federal level agencies it is quite easy to gain the cooperation of neighbors, property managers, and business owners to make this possible. Each individual gang-stalker plays a small role in the harassment. For example, as the victim drives there may be numerous vehicles that track his movements. Some drive behind him with one high beam headlight on, others drive in front to slow his movement in traffic. Still others are assigned to drive in tandem with him and block his line-of-sight to other non-gang-stalking vehicles or pedestrians.

If the victim lives in an apartment, it is highly likely that in a matter of weeks all of his immediate neighbors will be persons participating in a pattern of abuse. Each plays a small role. Some may provide noise harassment timed to coincide with the victims movements in his home (this is made possible by through-the-wall surveillance tools and listening devices). Others may play a small role when the victim leaves for work or arrives home. It may include simply being in the same place providing obvious surveillance each time the victims arrives. Or it may be other small actions designed in some way to humililate the victim. Still others may be “actors” who try to befriend the victim while seeking to isolate him from genuine friends. As false companions, they subtly poison his thinking, or eventually betray him in some way. These events are well coordinated, relentless, and reflect a deep understanding of the limitations of the human psyche.

These irritations may seem like little things. However, they take into account a fact well known to students of human behavior. The more distress a person is put under, the less they are able to emotionally distinguish the difference between minor and major irritations. Their emotional response to both becomes the same. That is why gang-stalking routines are a continuous barrage of small humiliations. The victim pays a major emotional price each time he gets angry, frustrated and embittered. This attack wears on for months . . . years. Therefore, as the CIA Human Resource Manual so aptly observes, “He begins to lose his capacity . . . to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.”

The final “coup de grâce” is committed by maneuvering the victim into a public setting with plenty of “witnesses” and, most likely, surveillance cameras. Because the victim has been thoroughly sensitized to react angrily to minor humiliations that appear benign to bystanders, his increasing pattern of tirades, loss of control, irrational behavior, becomes a matter of public record. He is viewed as dangerous, schizophrenic, out of control, which further serves to isolate him from workmates and friends. He may lose his job, be incarcerated, or diagnosed with a mental disorder. In any event, in the final analysis, without a bullet or a billyclub, he has been destroyed.

These psychological weapons are slow-kill. Like the strangler fig, they slowly choke the victims environment by cutting off healthy interactions and association. The covert agencies developing these strategies have spent the better part of the past century seeking ways to exploit our common weaknesses. They’ve become quite good at it. Modern Psychology had its beginnings in the armed services, and continues to be its largest funding source. As a science, it exists primarily to develop weapons that attack the mind. Can you see why gang-stalking is so effective?

gang stalking psychological warfareSome of the comments I’ve received on my article “Propaganda and Gang-Stalking Vocabularyhave taken issue with my assessment that the term “targeted individual” stems from propaganda shaping misleading impressions of victims of involuntary directed energy weapons testing/torture and gang stalking. Some feel that using the alternative term “victim” suggests that we have somehow been weakened by such “targeting.” Understandably, it is a function of human ego to proudly resist admitting that the injustices we face have harmed us. The truth is that psychological attacks leave behind real wounds and casualties.

The dictionary defines the term “target” as: “To make a target for attack or bombardment, to setup or designate as a target or goal.” The term “target” falls short of describing the experiences of victims of directed energy weapons and gang stalking. They are, in fact, not simply targeted, but, under attack, the victims of a full-scale war against their minds and emotions. We tend to think of an “attack” or assault as something done with physical weapons, i.e., a knife, a gun, etc. Proof of the attack is usually a physical wound or casualty. However, directed energy weapons do not leave behind any physical evidence of their use. Psychological assaults through gang-stalking do not produce physical wounds. Are they damaging? Perhaps the following will help us to answer that question:

Military and intelligence agencies have long viewed psychological attacks as a valuable component of warfare. “If properly employed, PSYOPS (Psychological Operations) are designed to lower morale and efficiency in their target audience, creating dissidence and disaffection, isolation and alienation. PSYOPS have the potential to serve as a critical nonlethal weapons system, as well as a force protector and combat multiplier.” - Psychiatry & Mental Health PSYOPS: Psychological Operations. Did you notice that the US Department of Defense (the source of this quote) considers psychological attacks a nonlethal weapons system!

The intent of directed energy weapons and gang stalking is not primarily a physical casualty, but an emotional one. This is a psychological war where victory is not measured in dead bodies but broken minds and hearts. It is unrealistic to assume that we can undergo continuous psychological attacks for years and not sustain some emotional injury. The psychosomatic effects of long-term distress can eventually result in death. However, as victims, we can minimize the damage, treat the psychological wounds and find ways to heal.

The propagandistic term “targeted individual” ignores the “nonlethal weapons systems” used in a psychological war against victims. It ignores the mental and emotional damage that such weapons cause. In doing so, it allows those who employ psychological weapons (such as gang stalking) to avoid feeling any personal accountability for the damage that results.

Worthy of Note: Interestingly, in the Doctrine for Joint Psychological Operations issued by the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Military (issued July 10, 1993, revised September 5, 2003), guidelines on conducting military psychological operations are provided. This 125 page document consistently uses the terms “targeted individuals” and targeted groups” (or variations thereof) in describing the international targets of psychological warfare. Is it reasonable to conclude that online propaganda promoting the term “targeted individuals” is, at the least, influenced by this military vocabulary? Can we logically make the connection between misleading online propaganda behind gang-stalking / directed energy weapons torture and the military origins of these psychological “weapons systems?”

In view of the foregoing, I personally believe that the term “targeted individual” is part of the propaganda issued by quasi-military agencies covertly testing psychological weapons on American citizens.

Propaganda gang stalkingI receive numerous comments on the various entries I add to badexperiment.com. As you may notice, I do not make those comments public. A few of the comments do come from victims of directed energy weapons and gang stalking. Although they are not posted, I do read and deeply appreciate all of them. I am grateful to those who take the time to respond. On the other hand, many of the comments I receive appear to be from malicious sources aligned with the agencies engaged in these abuses. They are part of a larger online propaganda war intended to alienate victims and misinform the public. There are specific clues that lead me to this conclusion.

Words have power. That power is often manipulated through propaganda by authorities to affect the view of the general public. If your enemy can choose the words that describe you, he has the power to determine how others view you. That power was expertly used by the Nazi’s to shape public perception of the Jewish community. By destroying the Jewish communities’ reputation through carefully crafted vocabulary and images, the Nazi’s convinced a nation that the Jews deserved persecution and extermination.

Malicious propaganda dominates much of the online conversation regarding directed energy weapons torture and gang stalking. It is intended to misinform the public, and divert victim’s energies and efforts into worthless or harmful channels. I am convinced that just as directed energy weapons technologies have a military origin, so do the propagandistic efforts to shape public perception regarding them. Here are two words now common to the vocabulary of “gang-stalking” that appear to have origins in propaganda.

The first term is “targeted individual” or “TI”, its commonly used acronym. It is hard to believe that any genuine victim of gang-stalking and directed energy weapons torture would refer to themselves as simply a “targeted individual.” That term is crafted by the one who targets, not the victim. A genuine victim rightfully perceives him or herself as an injured party; he has suffered injury due to a cruel injustice that includes psychological and physical torture. Like any victim of gross injustice and human rights abuses, they are due justice and recompense. The term “targeted individual” sanitizes the injustices committed in much the same way that the military term “collateral damage” devalues the lives of innocent victims of war. When I see the term “targeted individual” or “TI” in any online writing it immediately raises a red flag. It reeks of an impersonal military mindset toward a victim. It is the way a soldier views his enemy. It is too simplistic to describe the cruelty and injustice of a victim’s experience. It is an invention of the military minds behind these abuses, not its victims.

The second term I find suspect is “perp”, a colloquialism used to describe individuals engaged in gang-stalking of victims. This slang term has roots in law enforcement vocabulary. The root word, perpetrator, is commonly used by police and reporters in describing someone who commits a crime. It use in casual speech is not common among the general public. A genuine victim of directed energy weapons in time becomes aware of the covert government agencies behind his persecution. These are not criminals (or perps) in the classic sense. They are agents hiding behind government authority. The term “perp” obscures this critical observation that a genuine victim would make. “Perp” cloaks the true origin of these abuses by suggesting that the abusers are common criminals. “Perp” is a lie. It is a part of the vocabulary of the hybrid military/law enforcement agencies behind these abuses and propaganda.

The intent of this classic form of “Black Propaganda” is revealed by its definition: “Black Propaganda is false material where the source is disguised. It is propaganda that purports to be from a source on one side of a conflict, but is actually from the opposing side. It is typically used to vilify, embarrass or misrepresent the enemy.” The American citizens forced to become involuntary victims of directed energy weapons testing, and gang-stalking are the enemy that must be vilified, embarrassed, and misrepresented. And, the covert agencies behind these abuses disguise themselves while engaging in a propaganda war against victims online, in blogs, forums and bulletin boards.

Because of the foregoing, I make an effort to choose my words carefully when telling my story. Commonly used expressions may be inadequate or misleading when describing my experiences. Hopefully, the reader can make the distinction between truth and propaganda.

. . . Continuation of Mata Hari Subway Chronicles Part I

Federal Drug Sting AttemptThere was less than five minutes left to our commute. Mata Hari leveled her gaze flirtatiously at me, and spoke for the first time. “Does your newspaper have a movie section?” she asked. “Yes, it does” I replied curtly. My response was intentionally short. I avoided the expected courtesy of sharing the movie section of my newspaper with her. I wondered about her request. Was it simply a way of initiating a conversation? Or, was there a deeper motive behind it?

Frankly, I was surprised that the coolness of my response didn’t make her suspicious. Her confidence seemingly unshaken, Mata Hari appeared to be searching inwardly for her next words. Meanwhile, my mind was racing, poring over every experience I had with the Federal operatives involved in my surveillance and harassment over the past three years, searching for some clue to the motives behind her approach.

About a minute passed before Mata Hari spoke alluringly for the second time. “Do you know the name of the movie theater on 34th Street and 8th Avenue? “I’m supposed to be meeting a friend there . . . She said to meet her in front of the theater . . . Do you know what movies are playing there?”

I hesitated for a moment while dissecting her rambling request. Then it hit me! Mata Hari’s motives and methods became crystal clear! In fact, her actions were entirely consistent with the surveillance pattern set by the plainclothes agents / operatives who supported my harassment for the past three years. How so? Let me explain:

One tactical advantage sought by a covert surveillance team, is the ability to anticipate where you (the target of surveillance) will be at any time of the day or night. This gives plainclothes agents the opportunity to embed themselves at that location and prepare for your arrival. Thereby, they are afforded an opportunity to manipulate your environment in advance. That ability is critical to setting up a sting operation. To achieve this advantage, they will use an initial surveillance period to develop a detailed record of your daily routine over a period of days or weeks.

Mata Hari’s line of questioning was consistent with this surveillance practice. My destination on that Sunday afternoon was the 34th St. movie theatre she mentioned. Mata Hari knew that because the surveillance team assigned to me had detailed records of my past daily routine. They knew where I was heading. Mata Hari’s intent was to join me as I headed for that theater. Why?

You see, up to that time, I had been the target of scores of street level sting operations by detectives posing as drug dealers, seeking to lure me into purchasing illicit drugs. They had all failed. Therefore, the “investigators” felt that I needed a bit more prodding. Perhaps a bit of feminine sex appeal would be the lure needed to snare me in a street level drug arrest. Mata Hari was that lure. Her job was to charm and convince me to purchase drugs from a conveniently placed, authentically posed, drug-dealing detective en route to my favorite Sunday afternoon movie theatre.

The split second I used to dissect these clues was over. As the train pulled into the final station, Mata Hari, leaning closely, smiled, and awaited my response. This was a critical moment. My response had to end this encounter, and put distance between us. I wanted her to understand that I knew what she was doing, yet, I did not want to say it in a way that seemed intimidating or threatening. My response had to be firm, yet controlled. Subtle, yet clear.

“Perhaps an officer at this station can help you,” I slowly replied, with studied deliberation. I chose my words carefully. I wanted the word officer to linger in the air, pregnant with meaning: Officer . . . I know that you are a plainclothes operative . . . Officer . . . I understand your motives and scheme . . . Officer . . . This conversation is over . . .

Mata Hari suddenly looked stricken. She got the point. Her flirtatious act instantly dissipating, she became withdrawn and silent. This uncomfortable silence did not last long. Less than a minute later our train came to its final stop and the doors opened. Not desiring to appear threatening in any way, I lingered in my seat, to put some distance between us as she left the train. She moved quickly, glancing back repeatedly as she exited.

There were still a few details to discern. Mata Hari did not work alone. For her protection, there were other plainclothes officers / agents in among the passengers. Where were they? One of them became immediately apparent. As the bulk of passengers moved in unison toward the subway exit, a sole passenger, a tall burly white male, stood off to the side, glaring at me. “Aah, there you are,“ I thought to myself. His glare followed me as I exited the station. I glanced at the plainclothes officer benignly, smiled, and continued on my way.

I thought deeply about this encounter in the weeks that followed. The setting they chose for this sting was highly unusual, a Sunday afternoon subway ride. Why? Clearly, the provocative dress and seductive methods employed by Mata Hari would be more natural in a social setting like a nightclub or a bar. Here is the problem my harassers had: From surveillance, they knew my daily routine well. I do not frequent bars or nightclubs. In fact, I am never found in social settings where drug use is common. They did not have a single social setting in my weekly routine that was exploitable for their sting. The best they could do, after three years of intense surveillance, is approach me on a Sunday afternoon subway ride as I read the newspaper.

This event shows the support law enforcement agencies provides the covert agencies engaged in directed energy weapons testing. Why were they continually obsessed with luring me into buying drugs or other illegal practices? If they could ruin my reputation it would serve their purpose of isolating me. Discrediting my good name would make it easier to continue their covert directed energy weapons testing. After all, who would believe me?

In any event, they can take much comfort in the assurance that I do not want their drugs . . . or their women.

Addendum: Why The Repeated Drug Sting Efforts?

Keep in mind the overall purpose of directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking. It is a scheme designed to destroy the targeted individual. This is not justice, nor a tool of justice. The attempted drug stings serve as an adjunct to the destruction of the reputation of the targeted person while alienating him from any potential support systems. If the victim has a weakness for any illicit illegal activity, it will be exploited as a potential trap. If he does not have such a weakness, they will certainly try to help him develop one!

They will even try to exploit normal desires. Here is an example: For a number of months I was doing research on large flat screen computer monitors. I settled on a model made by Sony as my favorite. I would consume any reviews in magazines or online for that model and occasionally stop into computer stores to view it. I would talk about it on the phone with my computer geek friends. Sadly, it was quite a bit out of my price range. Yet, I yearned for that equipment like a child yearns for a new toy! Obviously, the agents who keep me under constant surveillance would keep a careful record of such interests. Well, one morning as I walked into the parking lot of my residence there sat a brand new large screen Sony flat screen monitor on the sidewalk near my car! And, it was the very model that I lusted after! What are the odds of that happening ( I lived in Newark, NJ at the time)! It was sitting in an opened, brand new box, and, it appeared that no one was in sight to claim it. I instantly sensed that this was a setup, and did not go near it. That computer ‘toy’ was bait. If they could accuse me of “stealing” the flat screen monitor it would be the sort of blemish that would hurt my reputation and result in an arrest record. Let the victim beware!

Spite

THERE is a saying that ‘you can measure a man by the size of the things it takes to upset him.’ Indeed, the person who refuses to become upset by minor annoyances or offenses is a person of true stature. Such a person shows, not a petty attitude, but a largeness of mind and spirit. But one easily upset over trifles is guilty of smallness. And often that smallness further betrays itself by acts of spite.

What is spite? One dictionary defines spite as: “A malicious, usually petty, desire to harm, annoy, frustrate, or humiliate another person; Malicious ill will prompting an urge to hurt or humiliate.” As this definition reveals, the true motive behind spite is not justice, but rather “ill will” usually generated by hatred, envy, resentment or simply a mean disposition. What role does spite play in the directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking used against me? They are being secretly tested on innocent Americans to develop a standardized program of psychological torture for covert agencies. Their intent is to harm, annoy, frustrate, and humiliate, out of malice. In essence, they are weapons of spite.

What is the best way of handling spiteful attacks? Popular thinking would suggest returning “tit for tat,” or retaliating in some fashion. However, is that the wise course? Perhaps the following illustration can help provide an answer: Suppose you’re in a supermarket one day, and happen to observe a small child begging her mother to purchase a bag of candy she holds in her little hands. However, the mother, for her own reasons, say no, and asks the child to return the candy to the shelf. Well, the child has a fit! She pouts, throws down the bag of candy, and begins to scream “I hate you!” She behaves spitefully, as children, due to their emotional immaturity are prone to do. Would you expect the mother to pout and have a tantrum in response? Of course not! You expect spiteful behavior of young children, not of mature adults. Let’s change the scenario a bit. The person attacking you spitefully is now an adult. His tools are directed energy weapons, through-the-wall surveillance, torture, and gang stalking. Should you respond out of spitefulness? No. The same principle applies: To respond spitefully will demonstrate pettiness and immaturity.

Being too big for spite is always the best response. Responding in a spiteful way brings the victim down to the level of his attacker, and can have disastrous consequences. In my case, being lured into an angry, spiteful response can result in incarceration or other personal harm.

Of course, maintaining emotional control can be a challenge when the spiteful attacks are part of a daily, 24 hour campaign. But it can, and is being done successfully. Much of my success comes from how I think. Let me illustrate it this way: Suppose you have two individuals that are quite similar, and you place a heavy weight on each of them. The first individual begins to complain unceasingly, allows the burden to overwhelm him, and is eventually weakened to the point that he is physically and mentally broken by the weight he is forced to carry. The second person sees the heavy load as a challenge, uses it to train and strengthen his muscles in much the way that a weightlifter does, and eventually becomes strong enough carry the load. Both had the same heavy weight. What made the difference between defeat and success? Mental attitude. Adversity is not all bad. When faced with the proper attitude, it can help us to strengthen weaknesses in our character and develop endurance. Those qualities add to our emotional maturity and equip us to face other challenges in life successfully, without resorting to spite.

It is the small spiteful mind that my attackers seek to lure, victimize, and destroy. The best defense? “Do not let yourself be conquered by the evil, but keep conquering the evil with the good.” - Romans 17:21. Rising above spite is the smartest defense! It will help us to avoid the regretful penalties of ill-advised spiteful retaliation . It also protects us from the harmful psychosomatic effects of harboring a spiteful attitude. It works!

The Price of Spite
Spiteful persons pay a heavy price for their actions. Bearing a grudge or hatred that breeds spite has well been termed “self-poison.” One cannot harbor hostility without reaping harmful psychosomatic effects. That is to say, what adversely affects the mind adversely affects the body and the bodily processes. The spiteful person hurts himself most. Those who torture their fellow man with directed energy weapons and gang-stalking do well to consider this. When spite is expressed as torture, its self destructive effects are intensified. “Our rich experience in Russia has shown that many (torturers) will become alcoholics or drug addicts, violent criminals or, at the very least, despotic and abusive fathers and mothers.” - Torture’s Long Shadow. This quote by Vladimir Bukovsky, a Russian author who spent nearly 12 years in Soviet prisons, labor camps and psychiatric hospitals for nonviolent human rights activities, reflects a truth that I’ve observed as well. Serial torture and harassment are self-destructive, unhealthy, and emotionally destabilizing occupations for the torturers. Many of them give evidence of serious alcohol abuse, drug dependency, and other behavioral problems no doubt aggravated by their profession. What they do ‘on-the-job’ spills over and poisons their health and personal lives. What a high price to pay for spite!

Overcome gang stalking & directed energy weapons

Some readers of my story have emailed and asked whether it is truthful to say that I (or anyone) has triumphed over victimization by directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking even though the ordeal continues. What do you think?

Perhaps the following illustration will help you to see an enlightened view. Imagine you are told one day that you will be forced to play a basketball game against a team you’ve never met. In fact, you will be challenged by the same team every day. You cannot put any players on the court but yourself. However, the opposing team puts as many players in the game as it wants, cheats relentlessly, changes the rules to its advantage, and fouls you continually without penalty. They even stoop to harassing you at night in the hopes of making you too tired to play. Yet, in spite of these overwhelming and unfair odds, you find a way to win the game each day! Sometimes you win by a large margin. Some days the game is a struggle, and you win by only one point. Yet, you do win, each and every day against seemingly impossible odds.

Can you rightfully consider yourself a winner? Absolutely! You have become a champion against extraordinary odds! The fact that you will be forced to continue playing against this cruel team in no way diminishes your outstanding accomplishments!

This well illustrates the lives of solitary individuals targeted involuntarily by through-the-wall surveillance, torture and gang stalking. They are challenged on a daily basis by an unjust mob working in concert to attack, corrupt, and destroy. That mob will cheat, lie, and cruelly do whatever they can to win. They attack round-the-clock in an effort to make their prey too weak for the battle. Yet, on a daily basis, their victims confront the hurdles put before them, and overcome each one. They stay within the law despite intense provocation. They struggle to cope through tears and anguish. Yet, they continue to meet each test with admirable strength of character. Should their fine record be diminished or denied because the adversity continues? Never may that be so!

When we view the injustice we face as a daily challenge rather than one continuous battle the full scope of our accomplishments can be appreciated. On a daily basis, we prevail! Each day has its own struggles. Each day has its victories. The challenges we face continue only because our enemies have not prevailed in the daily battles against us! Even if the adversity is ongoing, without question it can truthfully be said that we have triumphed!

Do good to conquer gang stalking

Gang stalking and related psychological warfare strategies are first and foremost attacks on our thinking and emotions. Therefore, coping successfully requires strengthening our emotional defenses and thinking ability. How you think largely determines how you respond. It is primarily your response to the attack that can destroy you, not the attack itself. After more than ten years as a victim of directed energy weapons and gang-stalking, I have developed a personal list of strategies that provide me with daily victories and a healthier outlook.

One of my favorite ways of coping is doing good to others. “There’s no shortage of research showing that people who give time, money, or support to others are more likely to be happy and satisfied with their lives—and less likely to be depressed.” Doing good to others provides measurable benefits to your own mental and physical health. For me, this means giving of my time and resources, looking for ways to help others. It really lifts my spirits and strengthens my emotional well being. I am forced to take the focus off my own problems by thinking about the needs of others. Also, it helps me to realize that no matter what I face, there are others who have worse circumstances in life than I do.

You may have opportunities to volunteer your time and assets to assist others. However, doing good to others does not always require dramatic or large acts of giving. Small acts of giving are just as beneficial. Plus, there are so many opportunities to do good in small ways on a daily basis. For example, making an extra effort to warmly greet and converse with people we meet during the day. Allowing someone who has less items in the checkout line while shopping to go ahead of you. Holding a door open for someone. Simply remembering to say “thank you” more often. Smiling at those we make contact with during the day. With a bit of effort, you can find numerous opportunities each day to do good to others. The beneficial effects of these small, kind acts adds up! As you derive more joy from doing good, it minimizes the impact of your own adversities.

Anyone who is a target of gang-stalking and directed energy weapons torture knows that on a daily basis, some of the people in close proximity will be part of the surveillance / harassment teams working against you. Should we do good to them as well? To the extent that you reasonably can, yes! (”But I say to you who are listening love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you.” - Luke 6:27) Of course, we may not be inclined toward friendly conversation with someone who remorselessly tortures us. In this case, doing good may simply mean polite restraint from retaliation, and letting go of any anger or bitterness. It may mean keeping silent rather than responding in a hostile way.

Not all of those associated with these wicked schemes are of evil intent. Some are misled, working on false impressions; some work out of fear; some are simply doing what they must to earn a paycheck. By seeing your good example, they may well discern the lies motivating the attacks against you. It may make a powerful impression with them that returns unexpected benefits in small ways, making your situation easier to cope with. For example, there are numerous accounts of Germans in Nazi Germany who secretly extended acts of kindness toward the persecuted Jews and minorities while seemingly supporting the Regime. Additionally, by doing good you provide irrefutable evidence of the failure of their schemes to turn you into a bitter, broken person. You are also making the best mental and physical health decision for yourself when you do good to others. What better way is there to win the psychological war?

Doing good to others is also a way to cripple a key motive behind gang stalking—isolating the victim. Over time psychological attacks have the effect of shutting us down emotionally—we begin to withdraw “into a shell.” That eventually leads to our emotional isolation and self destruction. Making a conscious effort to do good to others effectively counteracts that tendency. We are much less likely to isolate ourselves emotionally if we are focused on the needs of others! This can be a powerful strategy in winning the psychological war.

In the coming weeks I will share more of the strategies that will help victims of psychological attacks to win the daily war!

Gang Stalking & Self Control

Imagine possessing a powerful automobile with over 500 horsepower. Its handling characteristics, power, and speed make it one of the fastest vehicles you can buy. What will happen if the brakes are faulty and cannot not stop the vehicle? Or, what if the steering is highly inaccurate so that you cannot control the vehicle’s direction reliably? It will make all the speed and power of that automobile highly dangerous. After all, who will want to drive an automobile that cannot be controlled? Sooner or later it would lead to certain disaster!

So it is with the person who cannot develop self-control when faced with long-term abuse by through-the-wall directed energy weapons and psychological attacks that include gang-stalking. What good is his strength and other resources if he loses self-control under pressure and provocation? Truly, self-control is critical to avoiding a disastrous outcome! What is self-control? It is defined as “restraint exercised over one’s own impulses, emotions or desires”; “the act, power or habit of having one’s faculties or energies, especially the inclinations and emotions under control.” It involves keeping ones motives and actions in check. Without such restraint you will be destroyed by the psychological war waged against you.

Admittedly, cultivating self-control can be a challenge for some. And this quality is severely tested  by the long-term psychological abuse inherent in directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking. However, think of the long-term consequences if we fail to maintain self-control. When we lose control of our emotions, we give control of our lives to our persecutors. Restraint under provocation allows us to control the outcome of stressful encounters.

Controlling ones motives involves not allowing bitterness or anger to build up within you. An unrestrained temper leads to poor judgement and rash actions. In turn, if one’s feelings are kept under control we are far less likely to respond angrily, and foolishly to the daily psychological abuses and humiliations that face us. Really, self control is vital for our survival and success in prevailing against directed energy weapons harassment and gang-stalking!

A recent story in the news reminded me of the mindset that fuels gang-stalking. In Waycross, Ga a group of third graders (nine-year-olds) plotted to attack their teacher. Apparently, they were angry at the teacher for scolding one of them for standing on a chair. The group brought a collection of weapons to school that included a crystal paperweight for knocking the teacher unconscious, handcuffs and a steak knife. Each child was assigned a role in the scheme, including wiping up blood after the attack.

We expect children to be spiteful. However, we also expect responsible parents to monitor and curb such behavior and thinking. Outgrowing spiteful tendencies is a part of developing emotional maturity. In this case, it may well be that a lack of good parental examples combined with young minds saturated with television, video and movie violence became the fertile ground for this potentially horrific incident. Is this the same fertile soil that spawns the gang-stalking mindset?

The immature, violent thinking of those nine-year-olds has striking parallels with that of modern-day adult gang-stalkers. Gang-Stalkers also gang up on their victims with the same intent to harm, and with motives that are petty and irrational. Gang-stalking is also premeditated, with a division of responsibilities among its participants. However, there is one major difference that age brings. The nine-year-old mind cannot see the consequences of its actions. Therefore, it makes little effort to conceal its spite. The adult mind understands the consequences of cruel actions and fears retaliation. That’s why the adult gang-stalker makes an extraordinary effort to hide his actions.

So, in closing I ask: When it comes to cruel, spiteful behavior, who is imitating whom? Is the child imitating the adult? Or is the adult imitating the child?

“The roots of contemporary psychology are in war and defense efforts,” - Steven Breckler, head of the American Psychological Association Science Directorate.” - Mother Jones magazine, 3/08.

Psychology and Gang-StalkingThat quote provides an insight into the motivating forces behind emerging schemes that attack the mind and emotions of civilians such as gang-stalking and torture with directed energy weapons. Modern psychology as a science “owes a great deal to the armed services and their desire to fight wars of the mind as well as the body.” In fact, the military has historically been the largest funding source for the social sciences. Since the 1950’s, “countless psychologists have done their graduate work on military-funded projects.

As a victim of directed energy weapons (DEWs) and gang-stalking, I realized from the onset that my fight is not against individuals but, rather, a psychological campaign. Occasionally, I have observed well dressed, academic observers at a distance keenly observing my reactions or consulting with my harassers. No doubt, they are the social scientists, criminal psychologists, or psychologists who are developing these cruel psychological attacks. As military weapons and methods continue to spill over into civilian life, psychological abuse and remote torture may well become commonplace.
